With much regret, Thomas Medical Associates will no longer be accepting insurance coverage for patients with Texas Medicaid, to include Medicare/Medicaid (Dual Eligible). As a non- network provider we are unable to serve Medicaid enrollees, nor can we see them on a self-pay basis. As of March 24, 2012 our office will no longer be extending our courtesy Medicaid billing for all patients. This decision is necessary due to the Legislative Budget Cut, Medicaid Payment Reduction. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to contact your assigned Texas Medicaid case worker for a list of Medicaid providers.

Your Choice
For patients who find our Kenworthy location more convenient, you have your choice. Your computerized medical records will always be available at both locations. We will also have laboratory and X-ray services available at both sites. And, for your convenience, we are planning a schedule that will make most of our providers available to patients at both locations
